Need help with iKCScripts Boombox?

Before requesting support, check the **Installation**, **Configuration**, and **Troubleshooting** pages. Many common setup issues can be resolved there.

### Before Contacting Support

Please have the following information ready:

* Resource name
* Framework
* Inventory system
* Interaction system
* Exact error message
* Server console error, if applicable
* Client F8 error, if applicable
* What you were doing when the issue occurred

Screenshots or short videos are also helpful when the issue is visual or difficult to reproduce.

Please include the complete error whenever possible rather than only the last line. The surrounding information can help identify the actual cause.

### Supported Setups

Boombox supports multiple inventory and interaction configurations.

When requesting help, tell us which combination your server uses.

Examples:

* ox\_inventory + ox\_lib TextUI
* ox\_inventory + ox\_target
* ox\_inventory + qb-target
* qb-inventory + ox\_lib TextUI
* qb-inventory + qb-target
* ESX inventory + ox\_lib TextUI
